Neon Solutions worked closely with the Imagine Group in the implementation of their new Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems. In doing so, we have built in SMS messaging as an automated communications tool between Imagine and their clients. Neon’s SMS messaging gateway allows Imagine to send SMS messages in conjunction with cases logged and installs scheduled to ensure the customer is kept informed throughout their interaction with Imagines’ service desk.
