Getcover is an online insurance company that provides online insurance for travel and home requirements. All their business is carried out through their website that allows you to get insured online instantly. Getcover were looking for the ability to send the important insurance details, such as Policy Number and Claims contact numbers to their customer’s mobile phones so when they are on holiday they will have the information right with them - no need to carry all those scraps of paper across the world. We worked with Getcover to configured their webserver to interact directly with our SMS engine and securely transmit the policy information SMS's the instant the policy was created. This creates a situation where their customers receive personal attention even though they are only interacting with a online website. It also guarantees repeat business as their service offers even more convenience at no cost to the customer.
